In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
Please check our below condition before buying.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
· Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery.
· LivyuIndia will take 2 working days to review your return request.
· If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. LivyuIndia will reimburse the courier charges, either in your wallet or bank account.
· After the product is received, LivyuIndia will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability. you may have to wait till fresh stock will arrive.
· Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product.
4. Incomplete order – missing products
· Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
1. Opened/used/altered products
2. Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
3. The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
Please note that the damaged/missing product is reported with in 2 days from the date of delivery
